Matthew Hamblet contacted ORCA about doing a school project on marine life. Matthew, aged 10, had to plot a graph as part of a science project on any consevation issue. As he explains below, he is passionate about marine life, particularly cetaceans ( whals, dolphins and porpoises) and sharks, and so he contacted ORCA's scientific advisor for some numbers! You can see the graph he produced using sightings recorded during 2001 and 2002 in the Bay of Biscay. He worked very hard on the project and got an A+, but possibly a science prize as well. |
