One week left for ORCA Photography Competition entries!
24th Oct 2017
The ORCA Photography Competition 2017 has just one more week for entries, with competition hotting up for one of two wonderful prizes.
This year the competition is bigger than ever before, with two categories - The State of European Cetaceans and Threats to Marine Wildlife.
The State of European Cetaceans covers any image of cetaceans in UK & European waters, and, as well as free ORCA membership and wonderful books, the winner will grace the cover of ORCA's The State of European Cetaceans Report 2018.
Threats to Marine Wildlife, meanwhile, will also see the winning photograph in next year's SOEC but, for the first time, allows members of the public to submit photos from any part of the world that they think best summarises threats to our marine life.
The competition details, including how to enter, can be found on our website here and some of the entries already are very high quality, so make sure you get your submission in by 31st October!
