A Humpback Whale is sighted in the North Sea!
18th Jul 2013
A breaching Humpback Whale has been sighted in the North Sea just off the coast of Newcastle! Our Wildlife Officer Ben made the amazing sighting 3 days ago as well as photographer Theo Merkus who captured the incredible moment! Read more about it on Ben's blog next week!
Wildlife Officer Sara has also had an exciting week of sightings including Minke Whales and White Beaked Dolphins. She was also joined by marine superhero story competition winners Millie Carss and George Thomson who trained to be Wildlife Officers for the day!
